Could you please explain how the ordering process works?
Once a patch designed is confirmed and the order is placed, we will manufacture at no additional cost to you, a FREE pre-producton sample for your approval.
This way you get to see exaclty what the patch will look like prior to production. The entire process is guaranteed. You must be 100% satisfied with the result
or your money will be cheerfully refunded.
Starting from scratch the entire process from design to finish products will be about 15 to 20 business days.
If you have a graphic image of the patch and require a sample prior to production the process will take 5 to 10 business days for the sample
and 10 to 15 business days for the completion of the order.
If you want to put the patch directly into production without a sample the production time will be 10 to 15 business days.
I'm so confused with all the different pin process how can I be sure I'm using the right one?
Don't worry. We will help you every step of the way. If the pin is being used for a very special event then a Closionne pin would be your best choice.
If it is a give away type pin then you would want to use a photo-etched process. If the pin has a lot of colors then a printed pin would be your best bet.
If you want a pin that has a high quality look but are on a tight budget then a die struck pin would be the better choice.
Could you please explain what is meant by 85% embroidery coverage.
This question is asked by a lot of first time patch buyers. When a patch is being manufactured a die is used to punch out the shape of the patch.
The fabric used in this process is called twill. If the patch design covers the entire twill fabric that is called 100% coverage. Since the twill
fabric comes in many colors some customer decide to use part of the twill as a color. If the twill is 15% of the coverage area then the patch has 85%
thread or embroiderd coverage. Usually the higher the embroidery coverage the nicer the patch will turn out. Our standard price includes up to 85%
coverage so you can be guaranteed that the patch will be of exceptional quality.
